What We Treat

Low BackPain.

The most common thing we treat at RPTP. And one of the most mismanaged. If rest and painkillers have not worked, it is time to try something that actually gets to the root of it.

Still Waiting
for It to Go Away?

You told yourself it was just a tweak, a bad night of sleep, or a muscle spasm. That was months ago.

You have been resting, icing, taking Advil, and hoping. The pain keeps coming back.

Doctors told you to take it easy. You did. Nothing changed.

Waiting is not a strategy. And you already know that.

Low back pain is the number one condition we treat at RPTP. We have seen it in every form, at every severity level, and we know exactly what it takes to actually fix it rather than just manage it.

Low Back Pain
Does Not Have to
Be Permanent.

Most people are told the wrong things about their back pain. They end up more afraid, more passive, and more dependent on things that are not actually helping. Here is what is true.

  • Rest makes most low back pain worse, not better
  • Painkillers and braces treat the symptom, not the source
  • A disc bulge or degenerative finding on an MRI does not mean you are broken
  • Movement, done correctly with progressive loading, is one of the most powerful treatments there is

A note on imaging: X-rays and MRIs are useful tools, but they are frequently over-interpreted when it comes to back pain. Disc bulges, degenerative changes, and "arthritis" findings are extremely common in people with zero pain. A scan finding is not a diagnosis, and it does not determine what you can or cannot do.

At RPTP, we treat you, not your scan. And we make sure you leave with a clear understanding of what your body is actually capable of.
